Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack has issued OTET 2014 (2nd OTET 2013 Exam) notification on 01.01.2014. Candidates need to apply online for the 2nd OTET 2013 Paper 1 and Paper 2 Examinations.
Eligibility:
1. Candidates having the following minimum qualifications shall be eligible for appearing at 2nd OTET 2013
Category A (Paper 1):
Higher Secondary (+2 or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education / 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) approved by RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)/ Graduation with 2 year s Diploma in Elementary Education / 2 years Diploma in Special Education approved by RCI.
Category B (Paper 2)
Graduation with at least 50% marks with 1 year Bachelor‟s Degree in Education (B.Ed.)/ 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education) approved by RCI/Higher Secondary (+2 or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A. Ed./ B.Sc. Ed. (integrated course).
Provided that relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks in +2 or at the graduation level, as the case may be; shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ SEBC category.
Application should be submitted strictly online by logging on to Board of Secondary Education , Odisha, Cuttack website http://bseodisha.nic.in/ and click on “otet 2013” and subsequently enter relevant paper (Paper-I or Paper-II). Application will not be accepted through any other mode. The website will be kept open from 03. 01.2014 and close on 17.01.2014 at 23.59 hrs for submission of online application form.
2nd OTET 2013 admit cards can be downloaded from the official website http://bseodisha.nic.in/ once the OTET 2014 Exam Date is announced. It is not yet announced.
