TNPSC VAO Results 2014 will be declared soon by the Tamilnadu Public Service Commission. TNPSC has conducted VAO written examination on the 15th June 2014 across Tamilnadu. About 31000 candidates have attended for this examination in Thanjavur, 27000 candidates appeared in Ramanathapuram/Sivaganga districts, 25000 in Erode district, 40,000 in Krishnagiri District, 28000 appeared in Dharmapuri, 43000 appeared in Madurai district, 30000 appeared in Tuticorin, 63,000 appeared in Tiruvannamalai/Vellore districts, 31,200 appeared in Thanjavur district.

TNPSC has successfully conducted VAO written examination peacefully across Tamilnadu. Tamilnadu Public Service Commission will release answer key for this examination with in few days. After the release of the answer key, the tnpsc will accept objections if any regarding answer key. Then usually it publish final answer key.

After the announcement of final answer key, the TNPSC will release VAO Results. But it takes so much time as the competition is very high. About 10,50,000 candidates have applied for this recruitment. VAO (Village Administrative Officer) is a government job, that is why the competition is so high. There are only 2342 Posts, this imply that more than 200 candidates are competing for one post.

TNPSC VAO Merit List 2014

TNPSC VAO Merit List 2014 will also be published at the official website. Category wise merit lists of General, MBC, DC, SC, SC(A), ST will be published. Selection will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination. Every person appointed to the post shall reside in the Village under his charge and shall continue to reside in the said Village so long as he holds the post.
