District wise Panchayat Secretary Result, cut off marks, Merit List/Selection List 2014 of Adilabad, Anantapur, Chittor, East Godavari, Guntur, Hyderabad, Kadapa, Karim Nagar, Khammam, krishna Kurnool, Medak, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Nellore, Nizamabad, Prakasam, Ranga Reddy, Srikakulam, Vishakapatnam, Vizianagaram, Warangal, and West Godavari will be uploaded into the APPSC official website http://www.apspsc.gov.in on or before 24.03.2014.

Panchayat Secretary written examination was held for 2 papers. General Studies as paper 1 and Rural Development and Problems in  Rural Areas with special reference to Andhra Pradesh as paper 2. Each paper contained 150 questions for 150 marks of 150 minutes duration. Written exam was held on 23rd of February 2014. 8,00,000 candidates have attended to this examination all over Andhra Pradesh. 2677 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment. APPSC has conducted this written examination on behalf of AP State Govt. APPSC has issued Grade 4 Panchayat Secretary notification number 08/2013 on 30th December 2013 and invited applications from eligible candidates from the 4th of January to 22nd of January in this year. Mahabubnagar District tops with list with 350 vacancies and Krishna district has the least number of vacancies, that is 8.

Panchayat Secretary Merit List - Selection List
The Selection to the post will be made by the District Collector / District Selection Committee as per the Merit List. The selection of candidates for appointment to the posts will be made based on the merit in the written examination (objective type) only for eligible candidates. General Ranking list will be communicated to the District Collector/District Selection Committee on or before 24.03.2014 for further process of selection.
